Yes YOU – what are you afraid of?

One of the major themes I have been talking about with my clients lately about is fear. I am not sure why, maybe it was because I faced a number of fears last year, however it doesn’t really matter. However, today I wanted discuss fear and help you identify what you are afraid of!
