We are all human beings and sometimes it can be hard to be honest and share with other people we are having a bad day or experience (even if it is a perception, an excuse or distorted thinking). However, we all have them and if this is you today, maybe the following clip can give you a little encouragement.
It is also important to remember there are choices and we can let it go or let it be and there is always something or someone we can be grateful for. Who or what is it for you?
The 5.37 minute clip is a compilation of worldwide YouTube content from the crowd-sourced documentary “Life in a Day” by Kevin Macdonald, and local footage by Jon Goodgion. Audio is the spoken word poem “Instructions For a Bad Day” by Shane Koyczan.
